I/we agree to release, from responsibility, to Your Style Academy teachers, dancers, staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury; Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. I/we will not hold Your Style Academy, liable for any personal injury including: scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions, illness or any time of injury. Even though Your Style Academy has installed security cameras in and around the premises, I will not hold Your Style Academy accountable for any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes.

Payments

Payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your classes, the student will be granted a credit for a future occasion as long as you have not attended any class or passed the expiration date since the date of your purchase.

In the case of private classes, the student acknowledges that Your Style Academy has no obligation to honor their class package once the total period to take their classes has expired. The student must pay attention to his classes and make his appointments on time.
