Payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your classes, you will receive a credit for a future occasion, provided you have not attended any classes and the expiration date has passed since your purchase date. This credit has a redemption deadline. Classes are not cumulative; they are held over four consecutive weeks. It is a safety requirement to wear appropriate dance shoes or sneakers to enter the studio. The purchase does not include the $2 dance shoe rental available at our facilities. By making a purchase, the student acknowledges that they are taking the classes at their own risk and that, despite taking all necessary precautions, participation in dance classes or activities may result in injury, accidents, or illness. The student will not hold Your Style Academy liable for any injuries, including scratches, bumps, bruises, cuts, tears, fractures, contusions, contracting illnesses, or any other type of injury, damage, or loss to personal property, that may occur in or around the studio before, during, or after classes.
